Housing Services Alliance Has Returned to Ohio
Housing Services Alliance was established and operated in Central Ohio when it was founded in 2003. In 2016, its headquarters moved to PA under the previous executive director.
In January 2025, the board of directors hired Tanya Corbett as its new executive director, and the decision was made to bring the office back to the Columbus area.
Under the direction of Tanya, Housing Services Alliance will continue to serve the nine states where we operate and own properties from our new headquarters in central Ohio. HSA's goal is to continue expanding our portfolio of affordable properties that we will own and provide supportive services.

Housing Services Alliance is 501(c)(3) nonprofit housing corporation specializing in developing and preserving affordable housing and coordinating tenant services for low- and moderate-income households, seniors, and special needs populations.
Founded in 2003 by civic leaders with varied backgrounds, HSA's mission is to preserve and develop the vibrant neighborhoods of which we are a part, including the development of quality, affordable housing and providing services that improve the quality of life of every disadvantaged resident.
HSA is currently in a nine-state area from Michigan to Maryland and maintains an executive office in Delaware, Ohio.
