Housing Services Alliance, Inc. as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit housing corporation can accept many types of tax-deductible donations. Housing Services Alliance is looking for individuals, organizations or businesses interested in becoming involved in their community by supporting affordable housing residents. Gifts enable Housing Services Alliance to make a greater impact on the lives of the low and moderate income households we serve and their surrounding communities.

 

The following is a "Wish List" of items welcomed:

• Van or bus to provide needed transportation for our senior communities

• Big screen televisions to promote socialization and exercise programs

• Computers, printers, and other equipment, to provide our seniors and families with advanced technology

• Pianos and musical instruments

• Books, puzzles, craft supplies and videos

• Refrigerators, washers and dryers for our first-time homebuyers

• Tools and lawn maintenance items for our first-time homebuyers

 

HSA also welcomes volunteers to assist with activities which can include:

• Teaching a computer class

• Providing job skills training of our communities to residents

• Sponsoring a youth activity

• Supervise after school hours programs for children at one of our communities

• Provide a variety of volunteer services to our senior communities
